I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists. I hold a bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. In my psychological practice, I am guided by values such as unconditional acceptance, compassion, collaboration, curiosity, and honesty.

In my work, I focus on creating a safe and trustworthy space that fosters awareness and encourages change. With an integrative and personalized approach, guided by scientifically validated practices, each therapy session is tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client.

My contribution to the therapeutic process involves identifying and addressing affective, cognitive, and behavioral patterns that might be preventing you from living a fulfilling and meaningful life. My main goal is to create a safe space where collaboration, compassion, and unconditional acceptance prevail. Together, we can navigate the process you are willing to engage in, aiming for the psychological flexibility and resilience necessary to cope with the various challenges of daily life.
